Our Mission
The mission of the Consortium is to work collaboratively to identify and provide common training needs, assist health care workers advance in career ladders, provide health career/job fairs and informational sessions, and organize recognition luncheons for health care workers. The Consortium serves as an opportunity to network, share resources, and assist in addressing the critical shortage of health care workers.
